If you cancel
- More than 48 hours before the puja — full refund of the advance paid.
- 48 to 24 hours before — 50% of the advance refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before, or after the pandit has arrived — no refund (the pandit has reserved the time and prepared).
If we cancel
If no suitable pandit is available or we cancel the booking, you get a full refund — or, if you agree, another pandit.
Changing the date
Let us know as early as possible; a new date is offered based on availability.
Premium kundli
Cancelled before the payment is confirmed and work starts: full refund. Once preparation has started or the PDF is delivered: no refund. If we do not deliver on time (usually 24 hours) or make a mistake, we correct it or refund you. If a courier parcel is lost, we send a new copy.
Digital products
E-books and PDF kundlis cannot be returned once delivered. If a file is wrong or does not open, we will send the correct one.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI/card/netbanking) within 5–7 working days. To cancel, contact info@vedpurohit.com or WhatsApp with your booking ID.
